Chelsea Mews

Chelsea | Full House Renovation

Working alongside a leading London interior designer, we completed a full renovation of this property on a gated development in Chelsea.

High Spec: We stripped back the entire property to deliver a high-end finish on everything from structural alterations and layout reconfiguration to the luxury kitchen and flooring.

Interior: We upgraded the property’s heating with an advanced overlay underfloor heating system, fitted a designer kitchen, and refurbished the bathrooms with luxury fixtures and fittings.

Bespoke Carpentry: The project included the installation of custom joinery throughout, including a tailored home workstation, specifically designed to maximise the space in this London home.

Swindon Extension

Swindon | Double Storey Extension

A substantial residential extension that added over 60 square meters of new living space to a family home.

Architectural Features: The build features a complex double-hipped roof with a box gutter and high spec aluminum bi-folding doors.

Internal: We installed three new bathrooms, a new kitchen, and a utility room.

Landscaping: To complete the transformation, we laid a premium Silver Grey porcelain patio.

Frampton House

Frampton | Extension & Garage Conversion

We maximised this client’s existing space by converting their garage and adding a small extension to create a modern, open plan living space.

New Living Spaces: We created a home office, a practical utility room, and an expansive open plan kitchen and entertaining area.

Quality Finishes: We supplied and fitted the kitchen and installed high-durability LVT herringbone flooring throughout the ground floor.

The Rookery

Minety | Barn Conversion & Airbnb

Located just outside the Cotswolds, this project involved the complete renovation of a traditional barn into a luxury living space and Airbnb. We delivered the full package, including kitchen, bathrooms, and flooring.

Bespoke Carpentry: A standout feature of this build is the ceiling beams. We formed the beams using board and plaster, which were then decorated to look like oak.

Interior: The kitchen features a custom brick-slip splashback and the installation of a centerpiece log burner for a cozy, rustic feel.

The Old Coach House

Purton | Restoration & Kitchen Extension

A sympathetic modernisation of an 1820’s coach house, situated in a quiet village on the edge of the Cotswolds. Working closely with an architect, we managed this project from initial groundworks to the final decorative finishes.

Exterior: To ensure the new kitchen extension blended seamlessly with the original heritage building, we used Cotswold stone slip cladding over external blockwork. We also stripped back the old render on the original house, repointing the masonry to restore its historic character.

Interior: The project featured the installation of high end tumbled stone flooring from Beswick Stone and a full underfloor heating system.

Renovation: We rectified previous damp issues in the original property, caused by modern plaster. We stripped back the walls and re-lined them with traditional lime.
